Set out below are the terms on which Bonita Aesthetics provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Bonita Aesthetics treatment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Any deposits paid for treatments will be lost if 48 hours is not given.
Payment Policy
Correct payment must be received before treatments start at each booked appointment.
Deposits for Appointments
For book an appointment 30% non-refundable booking fee of your treatment price is required deposits will be redeemable against any treatment on the day. We would like to inform you that in the event of a no-show to your scheduled appointment, you may be charged for the entire service as if it had taken place. To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that you inform us of your cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment time. This policy is in accordance with UK law and has been put in place to ensure that our time and resources are being utilized efficiently.
Lateness Policy
If for any reason you are running late to your appointment please call us on 07938726546.
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each treatment. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more will require rescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your deposit.
Children
We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 without prior arrangement.
Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised.
Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.
Patch Tests
Certain treatments require a patch test prior to treatment. Some patch tests are only valid for a certain period, after which another patch test will be required. Some Consultations & patch tests, such as SKIN & LASER/IPL Consultations, attract a fee which can only be redeemed against Advanced/Aesthetic Skin treatments and LASER/IPL treatments.
No Shows
In the event you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the clinic, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
Gift Vouchers
No refunds will be given for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Personal Belongings
The Bonita Aesthetics cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions while on the premises.
Make Up
Please be advised make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. Practitioners will cleanse the area, however we cannot be help responsible for all of the above products that may lay dormant in the skin pores and can cause an adverse reaction.
LIABILITY POLICY
Bonita Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Bonita Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area.
Complaints
If you have a complaint please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.
